kinematic investigations

Kinematic analysis is the focus of development at the beginning of a moveable system or mechanism, using the excellent capabilities of Creo systems.

The investigations are carried out with simple kinematic mechanisms in sketch mode

Investigations of complex assembly movements can be mapped using motion skeletons in TOP-DOWN intent.

TOP-DOWN design mode

Part modeling is not tracked at the beginning..

All geometries relevant from a structural or functional (movement) points of view are mapped in the master model (skeleton).

The skeleton is usually an FEM-computable part. It will be stress analyzed and modified until the requirements are met.
Only then are the components derived and their drawings created.

Electrical construction

The electrical design is now in.
Electrical components and cable designs are increasingly being implemented in the development of various systems. Creo and its cabling module make this work possible by separating the electrical design into:.
Hierzu trennt man die Elektrokonstruktion in:

circuit diagram--> schematics
3D cable routing
electrical cable drawings

We offer the complete electrical design processes.

Relationship-driven construction

Whenever the design has variations, this can be controlled by parameters. All design works up to the production drawings can be done automatized.

The individual variant designs do not need to be saved, only the parameter file (layout / notebook).

Drawing creation and documentation

The preparation of presentation, production and calculation documents is an important part of the work..

Understanding and retrieving the necessary information and providing production-ready drawings is one of our specialist skills.
